Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Websites and services can also use similar technologies, such as browser storage, to keep information on your device.
This notice explains what happens when you browse the Sapphire website and when you choose to use our online booking service.
When you browse Sapphire
Sapphire does not currently use its own Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta/Facebook Pixel on this website.
Ordinary browsing does not load Timely, contact Timely or create Timely cookies or browser storage. Timely is activated only after you actively choose a BOOK or consultation booking option.
Our website uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may use necessary security and infrastructure technologies to deliver and protect the website, and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information.
When you ask a question
The enquiry form does not save your unsent question in browser storage. Cloudflare Turnstile loads only when you choose “Start spam check”. It may use cookies or similar technologies and process browser and device information to distinguish people from automated submissions.
Cloudflare receives the form data when you submit it and provides security and spam-prevention services. Read the enquiry section of our privacy notice for the providers involved and how your information is used.
When you choose booking
After you activate booking, Timely and third-party technologies associated with its booking environment may set cookies or use similar technologies. This applies to the in-page booking window and to booking on Timely’s own website.
After you choose to use online booking, Timely may use cookies and similar technologies needed to provide, secure and operate its booking service. Third-party services may also be used within Timely’s booking environment.
These technologies are part of Timely’s service rather than the Sapphire website itself. Sapphire does not currently use its own Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta/Facebook Pixel.
What is stored can vary with the browser, device and booking journey.
Managing cookies in your browser
Your browser’s privacy or cookie settings usually let you view and delete stored cookies, block cookies, or limit third-party cookies. You can also check its site-data settings for other browser storage. The available controls depend on your browser; its help menu explains how to use them.
Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the booking service, including its ability to remember your progress. Cookies from earlier visits to Timely may remain until you remove them or they expire; browsing Sapphire does not remove them.
