Facial aesthetics
Treatments for the things you notice changing — from lines and flatter cheeks to a softer jawline.
Lips
Subtle lip enhancement focused on proportion, shape and balance rather than simply adding volume. The amount and placement are tailored to your features and the result you want to achieve.
Cheeks
Cheek filler can be used to restore support through the mid-face when volume has reduced over time. Treatment is planned to suit your face rather than to create prominent or overfilled cheeks.
Chin
Chin filler can improve the shape and proportion of the chin and bring better balance to the lower face. It can be used on its own or as part of a wider facial balancing plan.
Jawline
Jawline filler can add definition and improve lower-face balance. It is not automatically the right treatment for jowls or skin laxity, so the cause of the concern is considered before treatment is recommended.
Lines & folds
Filler can sometimes soften deeper facial lines and folds where loss of support or volume is contributing. The aim is to soften rather than erase normal facial movement or expression.
Jowl Lift / Blending
A tailored lower-face filler treatment designed to soften the appearance of jowls and improve the transition into the jawline. Treatment is planned around what’s actually causing the change, so the approach will be different for everyone.
Under Eye Filler
For suitable clients, under-eye filler can soften hollowness that creates a tired or shadowed appearance. It isn’t suitable for every under-eye concern, so we’ll first look at what’s actually causing the area to look tired and whether filler is likely to help.
Consultation required.
Under Eye + Mid-Cheek Rejuvenation
A combined treatment for when flatter cheeks are contributing to a tired or hollow appearance around the eyes. Restoring a little support through the cheeks first can sometimes improve the under-eye area too, meaning less filler may be needed directly beneath the eyes.
Liquid Rhinoplasty
A non-surgical nose reshaping treatment using dermal filler. Because the nose is a higher-risk treatment area, suitability, limitations and risks are discussed carefully before treatment.
Filler Dissolving
Filler dissolving can be used when existing hyaluronic-acid filler needs to be reduced or removed. We’ll assess the area first, because dissolving isn’t necessarily the right answer for every filler concern.
Dissolve & Refill
For clients who need existing filler dissolved before a new treatment plan is started. Refill is not performed immediately; timing depends on the area and how the tissue settles after dissolving.
Facial Balancing
A personalised approach for clients who are concerned about more than one area or want to improve overall facial balance. Treatment is planned around your features and priorities rather than a fixed package.
Personalised treatment plan
Skin quality & regeneration
Treatments to improve skin texture, hydration and overall skin quality.
Lumi-Pro
An injectable skin booster designed to give dry, dehydrated or lacklustre skin a hydration boost. It contains hyaluronic acid, which attracts and holds water in the skin, helping it look smoother, fresher and more hydrated.
It doesn't add volume or change the shape of your face — this one is all about improving how your skin looks and feels.
Jalupro Super Hydro
An injectable treatment for skin that’s starting to feel less firm, hydrated or supported than it used to. It combines hyaluronic acid with amino acids and peptides to support hydration and overall skin quality.
It’s a good option when the concern is more than simply dry or dull skin — particularly when you’re noticing changes in firmness and elasticity as well.
Plinest Face
A polynucleotide treatment designed to support skin quality, hydration and texture. Rather than adding volume or changing your facial shape, it works with the skin’s natural repair processes, making it a good option when skin is starting to look thinner, duller or generally less healthy than it used to.
Results develop gradually, so think skin improvement rather than instant transformation.
Plinest Eyes
A polynucleotide treatment designed for the delicate skin around the eyes. It focuses on improving skin quality rather than adding volume, so it can be a good option when the area is starting to look crepey, tired or less smooth.
It won’t fill an under-eye hollow — that’s a different concern — so we’ll look at what’s actually causing the tired appearance before deciding which approach makes sense.
AesPLLA
A gradual treatment for skin that’s starting to look thinner, less firm or less supported. Rather than giving an immediate filled look, it encourages your skin to produce more of its own collagen over time.
The changes develop gradually over the following months, making this more about improving firmness and support than creating instant volume.
Dermaplaning
A gentle exfoliating treatment that removes dead skin cells and fine, soft facial hair from the surface of the skin.
Skin feels immediately smoother and makeup can sit more evenly afterwards, making it a lovely straightforward option when your skin is looking dull or feeling a little rough.
BioRePeel
A professional peel designed to refresh dull, uneven or congested-looking skin without the heavy peeling people often associate with traditional chemical peels.
It can help improve skin texture, brightness and overall freshness, making it a good option when your skin is looking a bit lacklustre and needs a reset.
Microneedling
A treatment that creates tiny controlled channels in the skin, encouraging its natural repair response and the production of new collagen.
It can be a good option for improving skin texture, fine lines and overall skin quality, with results developing gradually as the skin renews itself.
Dermaplaning + Chemical Peel
A two-step treatment that combines dermaplaning to remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair with a chemical peel to refresh the skin underneath.
It’s a good option when dullness, rough texture or lacklustre skin are the main concerns, leaving the skin looking brighter, smoother and fresher.
Dermaplaning + Microneedling
A combined treatment that starts with dermaplaning to remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair before microneedling is used to target skin texture and quality.
It gives you the immediate smoothness of dermaplaning alongside the longer-term skin benefits of microneedling — ideal when you want to work on both the surface of the skin and its overall quality.
Other services
Practical services offered with the same clear, careful approach.
Fat Dissolving — Chin/Jaw
Treatment aimed at localised fullness caused by fat around the chin or jaw. A softer jawline is not always caused by fat, so assessment matters before choosing this approach. The aim is a local change in contour, not general weight loss.
Fat Dissolving — Body
Treatment aimed at a localised area of body fat rather than overall weight loss. We discuss the area that bothers you and whether treatment is appropriate.
Ear Irrigation
A straightforward treatment to remove a build-up of earwax when it’s safe and appropriate to do so. Your ears will be checked first to make sure irrigation is suitable before treatment goes ahead.
If irrigation isn’t appropriate for you, I’ll let you know rather than carrying out a treatment you don’t need.
MMM Mole Screening
A straightforward screening service for individual moles using the Map My Mole pathway, with the mole images reviewed through their specialist service.
Screening is not a diagnosis. If the result recommends further medical assessment, you’ll be advised to follow it up with your GP or another appropriate medical service.
Maximum 3 lesions per submission. Sapphire does not provide a definitive diagnosis.
